2022年に刊行した建築写真家 大竹央祐の写真集。新聞紙と同じ新聞輪転機を用いた印刷工程で制作。

2019年に訪れたネパール。
旅の途中、アンナプルナ地域にある標高5,587mのマルディヒマルという山で出会った、人と共生している動物たち。「ja aum ja aum（ジャムジャム）」という言葉は、このネパールの山を登っているときにガイドのサンディープに教えてもらった、ネパール語で「Letʼs go」という意味の言葉。進むのがつらくなった時、この言葉を唱えることでまた一歩踏み出すことができた。
